In what order to watch theanime Kimetsu no yaiba? We answer this question.
There are now many Kimetsu no yaiba movies and series on the web streaming. The problem is that we don't necessarily know where to start.
A friend got spoiled by skipping a Kimetsu no yaiba anime movie to watch season 2 believing it was a direct sequel.
I can assure you that it can hurt a lot when you like the series.
To return to our subject, there are too many films around the anime which are not necessarily important if we watch Kimetsu no yaiba in the correct viewing order.
In this post, I show you the recommended order and chronological order of Kimetsu no yaiba anime.

Anime Kimetsu no yaiba recommended order
You won't always find your series, season 1 or season 2 titles before the anime Kimetsu no yaiba (or Kimetsu no yaiba).
The order I recommend to watch the anime Kimetsu no yaiba is:
- 1- Kimetsu no yaiba (2019)
- 2- Kimetsu no yaiba: Mugen Train (2020).
There are 2 versions. The film that came first and then in a serial version which takes up exactly the film but with a few more scenes. If you want my opinion I recommend the series version because it has episodes that lead to the events of Mugen Train.
- 3- Kimetsu no yaiba: Yuukaku-hen (series) (2021)
- 4 – Kimetsu no yaiba: KATANAKAJI NO SATO-HEN (in progress)
The latter is for me still in progress because the last film takes up the pleasure district and ends with the beginning of the blacksmiths' village.
Not sure if I can recommend it to you especially after seeing the Pleasure Quarter Arch.
The other movies that I haven't mentioned here are generally recaps or compilations of anime highlights. They did plenty of it, which gives the false impression that you have a lot of movie from the Kimetsu no yaiba anime.

There are episodes of Kimetsu no yaiba anime on many streaming platforms. Their access depends on where you live.
Netflix offers approximately the first 33 episodes of the series and, in some territories, the movie Mugen Train.
You can also watch some episodes on Amazon Prime.

Anime Kimetsu no yaiba - Synopsis
Since ancient times, there have been rumors of man-eating demons lurking in the woods. For this reason, local townspeople never venture there at night.
Legend also has it that a demon slayer wanders around at night, hunting these bloodthirsty demons. For young Tanjiro, these rumors will soon become his harsh reality...
Ever since his father's death, Tanjiro has taken it upon himself to provide for his family. Despite this tragedy, they manage to find a little happiness on a daily basis.
However, this little bit of happiness is destroyed when Tanjiro discovers that his family has been massacred and that the only survivor, his sister Nezuko, has become a demon. Much to her surprise, Nezuko still shows signs of human emotion and thoughts.
Thus begins the hard task of Tanjirô, that of fighting the demons and making his sister human again.
