To be successful it is not always enough to do more than the others. Here are 30 things you need to stop doing to yourself to be successful.
When you stop chasing bad things, you are giving the good things a chance to catch up with you. As Maria Robinson puts it so well,

Before you begin this transformational process you must stop doing the things that bring you back in time. Here are some ideas to get you started:

1- Stop spending time with the wrong people.
La life is too short to go from time with people who kill your happiness. If someone wants you in their life, they'll make room for you. You shouldn't have to fight to find a place with them. Never insist on being valued all the time. And remember, it's not when people are standing next to you during your good times that are your friends, but those who are standing by your side in bad times are your true friends.
