The game is beautiful, gorgeous with old school rpg gameplay. We will never get tired of the turn-based action and Clair Obscur Expedition 33 proved it to us with this gameplay trailer.
At the end of the video, we see an announcement that Clair Obscur Expedition 33 will be released in 2025. It’s not very revealing but we’ll make do with that.
Clair Obscur Expedition 33 – story
Once a year, the Painter wakes up. On her monolith, she paints her cursed number.
And all those of that age turn into smoke. Year after year, this number decreases and more and more of us are erased.
Tomorrow she will wake up to paint “33.” And tomorrow we will set out on our final mission: to eliminate the Painter, so that she will never paint death again. We are Expedition 33.
