How can you watch the Arifureta anime with it’s special episodes in the best order ? I’ve put together a watch order for the anime to enhance your experience.
Arifureta is an anime adaptation of his light novel Arifureta: From common’s place to the World’s Strongest. It tells the story of a very ordinary young student who is teleported with his entire class to a fantasy world.
The hero is ordinary but the pain of betrayal and the spirit of survival will make him “BADASS” with a harem ready to be consumed.
For a fan of the ISEKAI genre this is one of the animes I would happily recommend to everyone.
In this post, I offer you the viewing order of Arifureta that I personally carefully developed for you after hours and days of monitoring.
Arifureta watch order – Follow this so that you will not miss this hidden arc ?
The Arifureta anime currently consists of several seasons with special episodes and an OVA. I have taken great care to provide you with an optimal viewing order to better enjoy the anime.
Pay close attention to the level of season 2.
Arifureta chronological order or recommended watch order
I usually avoid special episodes and OVAs in anime, but for Arifureta, they all add richness to the adventure.
You can skip the special episodes (and watch it after all the seasons) but especially not the OVA which is a new arc in its own right which comes right in the middle of season 2.
The OVA is a Season 2 arc that can be watched chronologically. Here’s how:

- Arifureta Shokugyou from Sekai Saikyou special 1
- Arifureta Shokugyou from Sekai Saikyou Special 2

- Stop at episode 6 at exactly 13:6 (13 minutes 06 seconds)
- Arifureta Shokugyou from Sekai Saikyou OVA
- Continue where you left off in Episode 6
- Arifureta Shokugyou from Sekai Saikyou season 3
- Arifureta Shokugyou from Sekai Saikyou season 4?
The very first episode is a prologue that is quite hard to find but shows how an entire class ended up teleported to another world.
The special episodes are very rich in comedy and bring a little more attention to the characters. Although the special 2 is made after season 2, the events take place just before season 2.
Many say the OVA can be avoided, but I disagree. The OVA is a standalone arc of Season 2 that should not be missed.
I think the producer sacrificed it to finish the season in 12 episodes.

Arifureta: From the banal to the strongest in the world synopsis
Hajime Nagumo, a true scapegoat, finds himself transported with his entire class to another world. While his classmates acquire ultra-powerful combat techniques, Hajime finds himself endowed with a modest skill.
Due to the malice of a comrade, he is left for dead in a labyrinth.
